ZLPG model spray dryer is specially design for extract traditional Chinese medicine and herb extract product. It uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into a mist and make it fully contact with hot air to complete instant drying and form a powdery finished product. All parts of the spray dryer are made of stainless steel, equipped with a purification device, and the filtered air reaches the level of 100,000 air cleanliness class. The chamber is equipped with a cold wall device, so that the wall temperature is less than 80℃, even if the material stays on the wall, it won’t be coked or spoiled, which greatly increases the powder yield to more than 95%, and will not produce mixing and wall sticking phenomenon.
