Vibrating fluid bed dryer is a new type of equipment which has been developed and applied in the past ten years.

Normally,vibrating fluid bed dryer is mainly used to dry product for heating, the material put into the dryer is passed from inlet to the outlet end by the vibrating force . Hot air is blown in under the perforated plate, and passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the water evaporation from the material .
Due to the mechanical vibration in the vibrating fluidized bed, the material is in the state of movement , we are easy to operate dynamic heating only by blowing in an appropriate amount of hot air, so the thermal efficiency is high and the material is evenly dried.
