KODI Stainless Steel Mixing Tank Makes Reliable Performance at Customer Site
Time:2026-11-07 Reading times:16
Last week, KODI's professional mixing tanks were spotted running smoothly at the Singapore customer's clean production facility, as our engineering team walked the customer through system operation and daily maintenance.
KOD always selects the most suitable material based on the characteristics and requirements of the customer's materials to manufacture the machines. All these mixing tanks at customer site were produced using the highly corrosion-resistant SUS316L, fully meeting the hygiene and safety requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
The key advantages can also help you better understand KODI Mixing tanks
Food-grade construction: Built from SUS304 / SUS316L stainless steel with polished interior surfaces, the tank resists corrosion and meets strict sanitary standards.
Uniform mixing: The optimized impeller design delivers consistent shear and flow, reducing batch-to-batch variation.
Easy cleaning and CIP-compatible: Smooth walls and no hidden corners support fast wash-down and clean-in-place routines.
Customizable: Volume, motor power, sealing type, level sensors, temperature probes, and control panels can all be tailored to the process.
Mixing tanks are trusted across industries including food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fine chemicals, and biotechnology — ideal for solution preparation, emulsion mixing, dissolving, homogenizing, and buffer preparation.
