After one month and a half of production, a set of lab scale double cone rotary vacuum dryer has been completed for our Philippine customer. The machine has a very small volume, approximately only 20 liters in total, which is very suitable for use in laboratories.The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is made of SUS304 for all parts. With the exquisite production workmanship, this double cone vacuum dryer looks beautiful, our customer is very satisfied with it. According to the customer's requirements, we carefully packed the machine with plywood case and fixed it in the case for delivery.
The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a rotating tank with a double cone shape. In the vacuum state, steam or hot water is heated into the jacket. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank, and the rotation of the tank causing the material to constantly flip up, down, inside and outside, so the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved.
