The whole Premixing Powder Production Line is composed of horizontal ribbon mixer, discharge hopper and vibrating sifter. All the powders are thoroughly mixed through the ribbon mixer, and then discharged to the hopper after mixing evenly. The discharge system of the hopper adopts the rotary valve discharge, which can control the speed and amount of continuous discharge powder to the vibrating sifter. Through the screening of different screens of the vibrating sifter, the powder of different particle size is collected from the two outlets.
