After two and a half months of production, one set of 2000L double cone rotary vacuum dryer was completed for our French customer. According to the requirements, the whole machine was produced by the contact part SUS316L and the other part SUS304. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer has a double-cone rotary tank body. In the vacuum state, steam or hot water is passed into the jacket for heating. The heat is in contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. After the wet material absorbs heat, the evaporated vapor is pumped away by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank makes the material constantly turn up and down, it speeds up the drying speed of the material, improves the drying efficiency, and achieves the purpose of uniform drying.
