KODI Low-temperature Vacuum Belt Dryer Has Been Completed And Ready For Shipping

After less than two months of production, a small vacuum belt dryer has been completed for the customer. The whole machine is produced by SUS304 and uses a new type of non-stick belt to transport materials internally. We also made a simple power-on test and inspection on site for the customer, and they were very satisfied with this machine. We have now wrapped the machine in film for protection and are waiting for the customer to notify us of the shipment.
The low-temperature vacuum belt dryer adopts a new type of non-stick belt material, multiple segmented temperature control, automatic vacuum degree adjustment, and a new structure. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption and minimal loss of volatile components, and can be applied to most of extracts of natural products. Especially for the materials with high viscosity, easy agglomeration, thermoplasticity and heat sensitivity, which are not suitable or can not be dried by spray dryer, belt vacuum dryer is the best choice. It can be used for drying solid or liquid materials, especially suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
