KODI Rotary Evaporator Shipment For Brazil Customer

This week, the purchase order for our Brazil customer has been finished production and packaged, now they are ready for shipment. Our brazil customer is focus on the development and production of raw materials and drugs from natural origin. They saw KODI machine with good quality from our other Brazil customer, so this time, they choose KODI as their supplier without hesitation and purchased 2sets of 20L rotary evaporator, matching cryogenic refrigerator & vacuum pump which for their new plant lab testing.

The rotary evaporator is made of borosilicate glass and can be heated by water or by thermal oil. It is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is to heat the rotating bottle at a constant speed under vacuum conditions, so that the material forms a large-area film on the bottle wall and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency.
