KODI Freeze vacuum drying is a new type of box structure, which combines the refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system, and moisture removal system, which makes larger use of the storage space in the box for drying.
Vacuum freeze dryer is suitable for drying high-grade API（Active pharmaceutical ingredient）, Chinese herbal pieces, biological, vegetables, food, fruits, chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates and other materials.
Vacuum freeze dryer is easy to operate for customer, and the working principle of vacuum freeze dryer is also easy to understand. After starting up, the material is put into the material box for freezing. During the the freezing process of the material, on the one hand the vacuum system vacuumizes to take part of the water，on the other hand, when the material is frozen, the water content of some molecules is discharged to the surface of the material and frozen. After reaching the freezing requirement, the material is heated and dried by the heating system, and the water content of material is brought to the freezing and trapping box for freezing by vacuuming to meet the requirements of the material freeze-drying.
