The basic principle of the hot air circulation drying oven is to use steam or electricity as heating source, there are steam heat exchanger or electric heater to generate heat. The convective heat transfer of the material is carried out by using the fan, and the fresh air is continuously supplemented and the moist air is discharged. The drying time box can maintain the appropriate relative temperature and humidity, the most important feature is that most of the hot air circulates in the drying chamber, thus enhancing heat and mass transfer, saving energy. These two series are widely used in the heating and dehumidification of raw materials and products for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light and heavy industries.

So how to adjust the temperature difference in the drying oven?

The upper, middle and lower positions of the thermometer in the tray dryer are placed at the top 200 as the upper temperature measuring point, the bottom 200 as the lower temperature measuring point, and the center position is the center position. Close the drying chamber door, open the steam valve and start the fan for heating cycle. Remove the thermometer after about 30 minutes to observe whether the reading is within the allowable range. If the temperature difference is large, the blade angle corresponding to the higher part of the temperature will be smaller, on the contrary, the blade angle corresponding to the lower part of the temperature will be larger until the temperature difference is basically similar. The adjusted louvers do not need to be adjusted without changing or shifting.
