In mid-March, the DW type seaweed dryer ordered by Indonesian customers was delivered on time as scheduled. The belt dryer has a belt width with 3.85 meters and a design capacity of 350 kg / h. At present, the delivery has been completed, is in the customer site in an orderly installation and debugging. KODI company will arrange our technic engineers to customer’s site for installation instruction and testing works.
Dehydrated vegetables, coconut (seaweed) drying production line, its main equipment is DW mesh belt dryer. DW mesh belt dryer is our company's dominant traditional products, but also a pillar product, The principle is that the material to be processed is passed through the appropriate feeding mechanism (such as star distributor, swing belt, distributed on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt through one or more heating units of the passage, Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulating system, and each passage has one or more dehumidifying systems. When the conveyor belt passes, hot air passes from top to bottom or from bottom to top through the material on the conveyor belt, so that the material can be dried evenly.
